CORONAVIRUS CODE OF GOOD PRACTICE - SAFE AS AT HOME

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we’d like to introduce a security protocol in GK Residency, providing you and our employees with conditions for both comfortable and safe stay and work. Our code of good practices is based on three principles – Safe guest, Safe stay and Safe employee. The Code follows the current Regulation of the Ministry of health. RECEPTION & CHECK-IN PROCEDURE

  • The reception area is disinfected on a regular basis and regularly ventilated.
  • Check-in takes place individually, with the number of people limited to two from one booking, with the maximum reduction of procedures.
  • Hand sanitizer and gloves are available at the reception. Reception & Check-in procedure locations.
  • The reception desk, payment terminals and room keys are disinfected on a regular basis and will be disinfected after each check-in.
  • Safe distances have been set for guests waiting in queue for reception.
  • The check-in procedure includes mandatory health declaration. Failure to express the statement may result in the inability to provide the hotel service

ACCOMMODATION

  • The space of each room is compulsorily disinfected after checking- out, along with complete disinfection of furniture and equipment available in the room.
  • Detailed disinfection of  Accommodation, bathroom rooms is carried out every day using single-use materials.
  • Daily cleaning takes place only at the guest’s request, taking all necessary precautions. The procedure is supplemented with thorough ventilation, each time disinfection of furniture and equipment available in the room.
  • All rooms are equipped with hand sanitizers.
  • Cleaning staff work with gloves while maintaining a safe distance from guests.

GUESTS

  • Guests do not step out of the room unnecessarily.
  • Guests wear a mask whenever outside the room.
  • Keep the doors closed and avoid any contact with the doorknobs.
  • Always keep a safe distance as per social distancing norms.
  • Wash your hands frequently with the soaps/sanitizers provided. 
  • Put all disposable plates /cups/ bottles after use in the garbage bag.

PUBLIC SPACES
  • Door handles, handrails, light switches, doors leading to the corridors and staircases are disinfect several times a day.
  • Hand sanitizer is available on each room and public spaces of the facility.
  • Only guests of the hotel and employees are allowed to stay on the premises.
